PROFORMANCE PLUS ABDOMINAL CRUNCH

The TuffStuff Proformance Plus Abdominal Crunch (PPL-970) is a full commercial quality plate-loaded abdominal crunch. The machine’s unique design allows users to begin without any adjustments.  With a 9-1/2” weight horn and 5-position swivel seat, the Proformance Plus Abdominal Crunch enables users to target oblique muscles for full core development.  Like all Proformance Plus strength equipment, the Abdominal Crunch may be customized, and is backed by a 10 year commercial warranty covering the frame and all welds.

The finish colors, upholstery and embroidered wear covers on the Proformance Plus Abdominal Crunch (PPL-970) may be personalized.  Two tone finish with Charcoal Texture accents comes standard on all machines with your choice of one primary color for the main frame: (1) Charcoal Texture (2) Platinum Sparkle (3) Red Baron II (4) Sky White (5) Twilight Blue (6) Matte Black (7) Wrinkle Black

Upholstery Colors:

The Proformance Plus Abdominal Crunch includes upholstery custom crafted from Premium Bolta Sport vinyl, with a PreFixx protective finish.  It is mildew resistant, anti-microbial, oil and sulfide stain resistant and resists UV lightfastness.  Meets or exceeds most flammability test requirements. All upholsteries are double-stitched with “hidden” borders.

Commercial Warranty	COMMERCIAL WARRANTY 10 YEARS: Frames, welds, cams and weight plates. 5 YEARS: Pivot bearings, pulleys, bushings, gas-shocks, and guide rods. 1 YEAR: Belts, linear bearings and pull-pin components. 6 MONTHS: Upholstery, cables, finish and rubber grips. ALL OTHER PARTS not mentioned, one year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser.
Frame	Main frame – 2×4” 11-gauge 120 wall oval tubular steel with a combination of 2” round and other 11-gauge tubular steel. All welded construction conforming with all Structural Welding Code-Steel Standards and Specifications.
Finish	Powder coat finish baked at 400ºF and carefully monitored to ensure complete curing. Custom two tone finish offers choice of six primary colors combined with Charcoal Texture accents. Custom colors available, please inquire with your sales representative.
Padding	High density 1” thick 3 lbs. rebond urethane foam glued to 1” industrial plywood backing, trimmed and formed to exact fit.
Upholstery	Premium Bolta Sport vinyl with PreFixx, formulated to resist bacteria, stains, mildew, oil and UV stabilized pigments. Meets most flammability test requirements.
